Raya updates

Rewind. Something happened on the eve of raya, and as much as I want to just forget it, I cannot. I don't bear any grudges, but I no longer know what I can do. Recently, it's always the same thing, same person, same awkwardness. And it's getting very tiring. Where oh where are the nice people?

Okay the pictures will do the story telling. So much happened on the first two days of Raya, I don't know where to start. I will try my best in the following paragraphs though. These aren't the only pictures I have. But it depicts my family best. I look horrible in most but whatever.

Hari Raya Pertama. A very very long day actually. Basically, we went visiting the elderly in the EAST district: Nek J at Pak Long's, Tok Dris, Nenek Rodiah, Nek Wan, Nek Mah at Cik Edah's plc, lastly, Wak's place.

More jalan raya-ing on the second day. Covering mostly the WEST and NORTH district. First to Nek Yah's, then I drove all the way to Jurong West to Ija's where the rest gathered. Off to Tok Kri's, Nek Ulas', Nek Mok's place. Ended off with Uncle Jay Jay's place. The FOOD there's awesome. Suddenly Western tasted heaven. Maybe because we're all sick and tired of the ketupat, rendang, lontong and sambal goreng and whatsnot- for two straight days! hahaha.

Got home only close to 3am. Lol. Raya sakan nampak. Anyways, I had loads of fun with them cousins. I am very contented with my life right now, Alhamdulillah. Of course there are ups and downs, but that's what it's all about. Hiccups along the way puts you back in your place. When something disappoints you, it doesn't mean you're a failure. When something goes wrong, it doesn't mean your whole life will crumble. All we have to do is take it one step at a time.

"To take one step at a time, there's no need to rush. It's like learning to fly, or falling in love. It's gonna happen when it's supposed to happen..."

P/s: Sorry if this whole entry sounded disorganized. Can't be helped. Im too tired to construct my sentences and paragraphs. Final Semester results were released today and im very satisfied with it. Im proud to say I survived that one KILLER paper. Im sure everybody who made it for that paper felt the same way too (: On top of that, Im left with two working days before I say hello to VACATION! whoo! Im so looking forward to weekends actually :D
