Family matters

Breakfast by the beach this morning was simple and sweet. Nina loves the sun, sand and the beach. PLUS the morning breeze that brushes lightly against her cheecks. ((: Sorry no pictures because Nina is just too lazy.

I would say my morning ended on a good note(I suppose). And since my initial afternoon plans got postponed, decided to head home. Afterwhich, Mr.weather was being kind. The heavy downpour compliment the whole nostalgic feeling I was experiencing. I am still unsure if I have this very weird connection with bro, but the topic about Family is hovering at the back of my mind. somehow. Be it literally or figuratively. Im pretty sure he gets what I mean. Yes?


Can't deny the fact that I didn't know what to do with my afternoon. But I'm not going to just sit around and mob. I went home and indulge myself in DVDS. I watched Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging and felt so mushy and mentelx after that. Ridiculously, after watching that movie, I wanted to fall in love with band boys. -.-
Anywaay, the title may (or shall I say do) sound bitchy and sounded like one of those chick-flicks/ bimbotic movie at first impression. But that's besides the point. I was greatly-deeply moved when the family and friends element set in. The journey of growing up, how she really values family, how her dad sacrifice for her daughter's future. How siblings mattered to her. How bestfriends/ friends played a part even when there is the boyfriend in the picture. All that is what that makes the movie terrific. It was that terrific that I teared. This movie will be more for girls though. With that, I'll give it a rating of 4.5/5 . I wouldnt give it a perfect score because it still gives me those scary vibes about growing up. hah!

I passed joining the guys for cycling. The girls came over and we decided to venture the new mall, Tampines 1. It was superr duperr crowded that we gave up half way. It was my first time having to queue to go up an escalator! and there was also this long queue to get into the UNIQLO store. My goodness. I got headache. So we left the place and decided to do a lil shopping at Cotton On instead since it was having (somewhat like) a mega sale. hoho! So yeps, shopping it is! Met Fadh before heading home.


Ahh... school's starting in about a week. and im gonna miss these girls again. To the other cousins out there, I'm starting to wonder what happened to our weekly night outings? O.o Hmmm...

Alright. It's 2.20AM already. I better hit the sack now cos I have tuition at 9AM later!
