joy of baking

The other day when I dine out with Syaa, Syafiq and Fidah, Syaa was having pineapple cheesecake (pie) from LJS. It was superr-duperrr heaven-licious! :p So, I decided to search for cheesecakes recipes on the net earlier today (because I had nothing to do) and I stumbled upon this amazing website and boy, the pictures makes me salivate!

I am gonna try to bake this sometime soon. probably on Saturday cos that's the only day im free (at the moment). So gotta shop for the ingredients soon! Supermarket, here I come! Been some time since I last baked so I hope it'll turn out good! Saw some other recipes which I am intending to try in the future. Check out those recipes [here!] Maybe i'll even bake something for the boy on his birthday, hehehe.

Speaking of his birthday, I am CLUELESS on what to get him. and i've got no clue how to go about with the celebrations either (because it falls on a Friday. he has school and I have work). My moolas are also decreasing rapidly. I already have some ideas what to do without spending much money though. but then again, it wouldnt be the same as the previous would it? We'll see how when the date gets nearer.

So far work has been alright. Hope that the work load stays the same till this week ends atleast. On a heavier note, semesteral exam timetable is out. Ive got exactly 4 weeks till the first paper commence. Mugging mode has to be switched on. No more procrastination please.

Okay. I am off to get some nap now. Start to doodle on something when I wake up later (:
